Refund policy
The Pizza Cupcake does not accept returns and/or grant refunds on any products sold unless the reason for the refund is the result of an error in our packaging or handling of the order. If you happen to receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make it right for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by one of our shipping partners or for packages that are marked “delivered” by the carrier. We’re also not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information you may have provided.
If you believe the carrier has mishandled your package, please let us know.
